The newest item in Nollywood, perhaps, is a movie produced by Seun Oloketuyi, directed Toka Mcbaror and titled Blogger’s Wife. The movie tells the story of a male blogger whose power lies in his internet-enabled personal computer. The quest to overcome the challenges facing him and to meet his wife’s expectation leads to a succession of events that add a twist to the story.
Starring Segun Arinze, Adejumoke Aderounmu, Deyemi Okanlawon, Ijeoma Grace Agu and Adeniyi Johnson, among others, Blogger’s Wife has stirred up different opinions from viewers since the official trailer was released a few days ago.
The producer thinks that viewers have a lot to gain from the movie. He says, “Blogger’s Wife, is a different Nollywood movie with a fresh storyline. It has a lot of moral lessons. We get to see how a man plays the role of a blogger, which is regarded as a woman’s job. This is the kind of movie that everyone should see this Valentine season. It will teach us how to handle occupational problems in our families and build a happy home.”
The movie, loaded with suspense, intrigue and such intense drama, promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats from start to finish as it opens in cinemas across the country as from Friday, February 10, 2017.
